Keith Warren
To be creative in this world can be a challenge. There are paths to choose, there is life to live. My decisions on how to assist in creating for the common good. The passion for creating led me to be an Art teacher. As a teacher I was able to create and inspire my students to be creative. After 38 years of middle school teaching, it was time for me to retire. It just seems like life is full of challenges and choices. Now I have more time to be creative and produce my art. Taking photographs and watercolor painting were my creative outlets. Being involved in the hospitality industry for many years with The Starboard Restaurant Group and always wanting to learn I enrolled in the Culinary Arts program at Delaware Technical Community College becoming a Chef. This has led me to create K-Pies Pop-Up Pizza business where I vend authentic personal pizzas at local farmers markets. K-Pies also gives me the opportunity to assist my grandchildren in developing their entrepreneurial skills.
Brushing w/Keith is an artistic related experience with retired art educator Keith Warren. Teaching art at the middle school level for 38 years has provided me with the knowledge, skills and fantastic stories for your pleasure. A minimum of 6 participants at $40 each for a party. A wonderful atmosphere for relaxing and creating. Photo Trail-Walk and Shoot Experiences Photo Trail workshops are a leisurely walk around Gordons Pond during the early evening. We will be taking pictures as we walk. Discussing techniques and composition of images for taking photos. Any camera will do, including your phone. Group Leader and Teacher As a group leader of Next Edition I assist members of Next Edition in developing their artistic endeavors to help build their individual businesses. Through meetings twice a month we gather to communicate, develop and pursue opportunities as motivation for our businesses.
