Discover our intimate private party space—a one-of-a-kind venue perfect for gatherings of up to 25 guests. Like the Artpothecary, our mission is to elevate Artists and enrich community culture, but this unique space offers an exclusive ambiance you won't find anywhere else in the area—all at an affordable rental fee. Whether you want an art-infused celebration or a classic event experience, this venue provides the perfect backdrop to connect, create, and celebrate.

We want everyone planning an event with us to have access to the team and tools to make it special. With all event bookings and inquiries, you will have a direct line of communication to our event management.
All events and parties are unique, and we treat them that way. We are here to show you all the options DAC has to offer with venues, seating arrangements, bar & snack packages, art activities, and more. We also offer guidance to quality food vendors and musicians to bring it to the next level.

Available Tuesday- Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday - Memorial Day to Labor Day
Fridays are available during the market off-season.
Booking for events up to 5 hours
Guest attendance up to 300 people
Set up/Breakdown time allotted for day of event, and morning after. You will work with our Events Manager to confirm your setup plan and coordinate approved vendors

Tenting options available, date depending, outside vendor (Starts at $800 for 40ft tent)
6 High top tables and stools included, 8 casual fare picnic tables included, bar seating
25 Black folding chairs, 20 (6ft) black plastic folding tables with fitted black linens.
Use of DAC decor items
* all other seating, dance floor, tent, etc must be rented by an outside rental company. We have contacts!

We offer an array of bar options! We provide totally customizable options ranging from cash bar where guests can purchase beverages, to all included, unlimited beverages packages.
