Meet the DAC Squad

Visionaries Behind the Mission

At DAC, we believe in the power of creativity to transform lives and communities. Meet the passionate team and dedicated board members driving our mission forward every day.

How We Work

DAC operates with a lean management team supported by seasonal staff, artists, contractors, volunteers, and community partners. Together, they bring our programs, events, and spaces to life throughout the year.

Our Board of Directors is a hands-on working board that provides strategic guidance, supports fundraising efforts, serves on committees, and actively contributes time and expertise to the organization.

Together, our staff, board, and community supporters help artists build sustainable careers while strengthening communities through the arts.
