The West Side Creative Market is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather.
If the market is canceled by the Developing Artist Collaboration (DAC), your group may choose one of the following:
Transfer your reservation to another available West Side Creative Market date.
Receive a full refund.

The West Side Creative Market is free and open to the public, so you're welcome to invite as many guests as you'd like to enjoy the evening. The Private Picnic Table Experience is designed for groups of up to 10 people and includes:
One reserved picnic table
Ten (10) commemorative novelty cups
Twenty (20) drink tickets
A mini canvas painting activity for up to 10 participants
Hosting a larger celebration? Each market offers up to eight picnic table reservations, and you're welcome to reserve multiple tables based on availability.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Guests are encouraged to enjoy food from our local food vendors and beverages available for purchase at the market.
