Fresh Art Pop-Ups is a free weekly summer series at the Artpothecary in historic West Rehoboth Beach, featuring rotating experimental art shows and experiences, artist meet-and-greets, music, and cocktails alongside the West Side Creative Market. No tickets are required. Just stop by Friday through Monday all summer long, with featured artists on site Fridays and Mondays.

Description

Postcards transforms the gallery into a large-scale evolving installation composed of handmade postcards arranged in repetitive minimalist grids.

As visitors purchase and remove postcards directly from the wall, the installation gradually changes over time, emphasizing themes of repetition, participation, impermanence, and viewer interaction.

A secondary video installation featuring readings from handmade artist books provides a quieter counterpoint to the public interaction of the postcard installation.

Featured Artists

Brendan Pulver is a multidisciplinary artist and educator whose work explores repetition, narrative, installation, drawing, printmaking, and video. His work has been exhibited throughout New York and Delaware and is held in private collections nationally and internationally.
